To celebrate at home with children, parents, family members and friends, here are some easy and quick Mexican snack recipes.
Guacamole

Guacamole can be accompanied by many food items, such as pork rinds, tortilla chips, tostadas, or tortillas.

For guacamole dip the main ingredients you need are avocado, lemon juice, cilantro, onion, tomato, and jalapeño chili pepper.
To prepare the guacamole dip, simply chop up the onion, tomato, and cilantro into small pieces, and make a mixture. Then remove the avocado pit and mesh the avocado with a fork. Add the avocado to the rest of the ingredients, the mixture, and the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and chopped jalapeño chili pepper to taste.
Pico de Gallo
Pico de gallo is another simple recipe. Only a few ingredients are needed. The main ingredients are tomato, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, and jalapeño chili pepper.

To prepare pico de gallo, simply chop all the ingredients into small/medium pieces, put them in a container, then lightly mix. Add lemon juice, salt, and jalapeño pepper to taste. If desired you can add pieces of avocado, and shredded cooked beef to give it a different flavor.
Prepared Tostadas
Prepared tostadas are a great snack and simple to assemble. The main ingredients are bean dip, shredded cheese of your choice, chopped onion, and chopped tomatoes.
Packaged tostadas can be purchased. To prepare tostadas, spread the bean dip on the tostada. Top with shredded cheese, chopped onion and chopped tomatoes. If desired you can add chopped beef or chicken, or top with Mexican salsa.
Miniature golden tacos
The whole family will love miniature golden tacos. For their preparation, the main ingredients are tortillas, chicken (previously cooked and shredded), and cheese of your choice. To prepare, place some shredded chicken and cheese inside a tortilla. Then roll it so as to prevent the filling from coming out. Cut the roll in half. In a heated pan with some cooking oil, put the tacos inside and take them out once they are golden. The tacos can be served with cream, guacamole, or salsa.
Arroz con leche Dessert
Lastly, as a dessert you can prepare arroz con leche (a type of rice pudding). It can be prepared quickly. The main ingredients are a cup of rice, 3 cups of water, a cinnamon stick, a pinch of salt, 4 cups of milk, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup of raisins, a teaspoon of liquid vanilla and cinnamon powder to decorate.
First, heat the water and then place the rice, cinnamon stick and salt in the heated water. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat, and let the rice absorb the water. Add milk and sugar, turn up the heat and stir until thick. Add the vanilla and leave for a couple more minutes. Then, remove from heat and let cool. Arroz con leche can be served at room temperature or cold, in small containers. Make sure to decorate it with cinnamon powder.
