2 large avocados
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 chile serrano, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, chopped
2 sprigs cilantro, chopped

Recipe

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits.
Scoop out the flesh and mash
In a bowl (or molcajete) combine the avocados, onion, chiles, tomato, and cilantro.
Mix well.

To the guacamole……
squeeze a few drops of lime juice.
Add salt to taste.
Serve immediately.
